About this Event
On the arrival of Celtic Spring, the Festival of Imbolc, we will release Winter’s heaviness and awaken those first stirrings of spring.
Transformational breathwork will be our bridge to lay bare anything that has lain dormant and breathe new life into what’s ready to emerge.
Note: this workshop takes place the Monday of the February Bank Holiday weekend.
BREATHWORK is a form of active meditation - consciously connecting your mind and body through conscious mindful breathing.
The Yogis call this 'PranaYama' - using our breath to consciously up-regulate or down-regulate our nervous system - depending on the environment or situation we find yourselves in.
A Transformational BreathWork session is different in that it helps us access both our conscious and subconscious frequency. It stimulates your nervous system in a particular way that taps into old patterns, long-forgotten emotions and helps uncover new possibilities.
This workshop is a fusion of all the senses whilst accessing the subtle mind-body-breath connection.
With the use of individual silent headphones, you can expect a Deeply Personal and Immersive Experience.
Transformational Breathwork Immersion is where the healing power of Sound frequencies and our other senses meets these ancient transformative Breathwork techniques.
In this immersion you will go deeper with targetted bodywork | energy line activation using the power of Touch. We tap into your strongest, most primordial sense – your sense of Smell through Essential Oils.
