This journey is a combination of Meditation, Visualization, Embodyment, with the main part being a longer and deep breathwork journey.
The style/technique of breathwork we work with is conscious connected breathing. It takes us on a journey through our consciousness, opening the doors to our subconscious mind where our memories, unresolved emotions, and unconscious patterns are stored.
It helps us to release emotional energy from the past that is "locked" in the body, while higher levels of awareness provide deeper understanding and insight into our thoughts, patterns, and behaviors.
Transformational Breathwork also has the potential to elevate us to higher states of consciousness, granting access to the "superconscious mind," considered to be the gateway to universal intelligence/god consciousness or, in yogic terms, where the Atman (personal soul/intelligence) meets the Brahman (universal soul/intelligence).
Whether you are completely new to breathwork or more experienced, you are warmly welcome to participate. We will create a safe environment and provide a thorough introduction to ensure the best conditions for experiencing the power and potential that breathwork has to offer.

The Legend Of Soma & Breathwork: It is said that this style of breathwork was born among yogis/rishis at the time era when the Vedic Scriptures were written. There was a period when their "magic potion" SOMA (likely psychedelic mushroom, cannabis, or similar) began to run out. They had used this “potion” ceremonially to connect with higher dimensions of reality, communicate with god, and reach higher levels of consciousness for deeper insights and understanding of themselves and the world.
When "SOMA" started running out, they turned to breathing as a way to reach deeper and higher levels of consciousness. Interestingly, this happened again after the psychedelic renaissance came to an end in the 60s when psychedelic substances became illegal in the USA. The early pioneers of psychedelic therapies in 70s then turned to breathwork as an alternative to facilitate similar psychedelic eperiences, and the earliest forms av modern breathwork was born such as rebirthing breathwork and holotropic breathing.
Mattias has 15 years of experience in meditation, breathing, and spiritual practices, and the last 5 years he have been focusing on facilitating transformation, healing & empowerment for groups and individuals through transformational breathwork & coaching. He has guided thousands of people through transformative breathwork sessions and is trained as a Level 3 Rebirthing Breathworker, as well as in Soma Breath & Jon Paul Crimi´s school. He is also an experienced meditation teacher, bodyworker & healer.

If you have any of the following conditions / diagnosis but have experienced breathwork before or feel confident you can participate, please contact mattias before registering:
Pregnancy, Asthma, Severe cardiovascular diseases and/or irregularities, including prior heart attack, Glaucoma, High blood pressure, Detached retina, Psychosis, Epilepsy, Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis in the past 10 years, such as an attempted suicide or nervous breakdown, PTSD in severe cases, Osteoporosis; Recent injury or surgery, History of strokes and seizures, Family history of aneurysms, Hypoglycaemia and Diabetes, Severe infections and unwanted complications, Prescription blood thinning/anti-clotting medications such as Coumadin.
