Cleanse your mind, body, and spirit one breath at a time while resting comfortably upon a linen-ordained mattress with a pillow & blanket.
The hour-long breathwork portion integrates patterns of guided breathing segments, music, and optional vibrational assists. I intuitively utilize Himalayan bowls & weighted tuning forks on energy centers & pressure points of the body. Along with Shamanic drumming, these treatments can significantly help move and release any “stuck” energy to enhance your journey.

After some loving stretches and a break, you will be treated to an hour-long immersive sound bath, where you will be enveloped in sounds, frequencies and vibrations from gongs, himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, various drums, Native American flutes, rainsticks, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, weighted tuning forks, and more.
The session ends with an opportunity for integrative connection to share about your experience if you choose.
