Join us for an in-person session of Transformational Breathwork! Dive deep into your breath, release stress, and boost your energy in a relaxed and supportive setting. Whether you’re new to breathwork or have some experience, this is your chance to reconnect with your inner self and feel amazing. Come as you are, bring an open mind, and get ready to breathe!

What you need to bring along:
-A yoga mat
-A blanket
-Water
-Eye mask
-Your breath

Please wear layers and comfortable clothes so you can stay warm and relaxed throughout the session
