About the Project:
This project involves the redevelopment and refurbishment of the Rutland Street School as a vibrant community hub.
Dublin City Council’s ambitions for the project is as one of a number of significant catalysts in the regeneration of the north-east inner city.
The building has been at the centre of the local community since its construction in 1912 and is now poised to take a new role as a vibrant community focus proving a place to empower local initiatives.
- Eircode: D01 AD73
- Meeting point: Sean MacDermott Street Lower, through the grounds of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, continuing around to site entrance on the left-hand side of the church.
- PPE Required: safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and high-visibility vest or jacket.
Attendees are requested to arrive at the meeting point by 12:50pm for a short safety briefing so the site visit can start on time.
This learning activity can contribute to your annual CPD return and should be logged accordingly.
