About this Event
In this 6-week coaching and process group, we will discover a path for us to grow into our most authentic selves through dating and relating.
This 6-session series will be guided by Alexandra Ballensweig, founder of the mindful dating platform, humhum, and Dr. Marie Thouin, Dating Coach and Author.
In this intentional container, Alexandra and Marie will share wisdom, insights from their work, and discover along side you as they share vulnerable inquiries and learnings from their own relational practice. Together we will dive into questions like:
- What am I learning about myself in my romantic life right now?
- What is being illuminated?
- Where is the opening in the contraction?
- What growth edges or challenges am I facing into?
We will explore these questions through the lens of seemingly opposite human needs—such as authenticity vs. belonging, freedom vs. commitment, reality vs. fantasy, and more. Exploring these paradoxes will deepen our ability to show up as our full selves in relationships—with clarity, intentionality, and nuanced self-understanding.
Who is it for:
People of all backgrounds, genders, ages, sexual/relationship orientations, and relationship statuses who are committed to a process of self-discovery, growth, and liberation—and crave congruence between their personal values and their love lives!
What to expect:
- Facilitation and insights by Marie Thouin and Alexandra Ballensweig, pioneers in the field of mindful dating and relating.
- Guided journaling prompts—an opportunity for reflection and self-discovery.
- Rich conversations with open-hearted and open-minded humans about each of our dating or relationship journeys.
- Breakout discussion and peer practice exercises to connect with the cohort and grow together.
This space is designed for you to experience the transformative power of authentic connection in an intentionally held, collaborative, and immersive container.
Please be prepared to attend all six sessions in real-time, for the power of transformation in group practice. One ticket gets you access to all sessions. If you have to miss a session, we will record and make available the beginning portion of every session, where Marie and Alexandra will share insights and reflection prompts. To encourage intimacy, and participation, and honor the vulnerability of sharing into a group space, we will not be recording participant shares.
