Kirtan Kriya is a powerful multisensory meditation from the lineage of The Yoga of Awareness. This practice weaves together mantra (sound), mudra (hand positions), breath, and visualization to bring you into a state of deep healing and mental balance.
Kirtan Kriya has been extensively studied by the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation, setting the stage for ongoing scientific inquiry into meditation and cognitive health. Research suggests this practice may:
• Support memory and cognitive function
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Enhance mood and emotional resilience
• Increase cerebral blood flow
• Support brain longevity and overall vitality
By engaging multiple senses simultaneously — voice, touch, breath, and inner imagery — Kirtan Kriya stimulates and integrates different regions of the brain. The rhythmic repetition of the mantra combined with intentional finger movements creates a meditative state that calms the nervous system in just 12 minutes!
This is more than meditation — it is an accessible daily ritual for clarity, focus, and emotional balance.

No experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Studio is equipped with mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows.
