The Transform Within, Transform Together Network is an informal breakfast designed to gather wellness entrepreneurs, coaches and therapists who are committed to work on their own self-development and make authentic business connections.
Join us for an easy-going morning of authentic connection and transformation with a twist!
This time around we blend walking, networking and forest bathing to welcome new and existing members of the Transform Within, Transform Together Breakfast Network Community.
Envision a morning spent in a friendly atmosphere, engaging in meaningful conversation with fellow wellness professionals and curious folks from all walks of life who want to join an intentional community, and benefit from the healing qualities of nature and forest bathing.
The transform within, transform together network is designed to inspire you and enhance the quality of relationship you have with yourself and others. Our time together will open up the opportunity to talk about your work and personal growth while you meet new people and listen to other professionals on the same self-growth journey.

With 700 acres of glorious scenery to explore, Roundhay Park is one of many green spaces within the city and it’s a place of great beauty, with its gardens, wide open spaces, lakes, cafes, woodland and history.

HOW THE MORNING WILL LOOK LIKE
9-9.30 Arrival | Connect & Network over breakfast bites and hot drinks (please bring your own flask. There may be a few spare enamel cups that we can provide in case you forget).
9.30-9:45 Introductions & Welcome by host Erica Marmai
9:45 -11:30 Lakeside circular walk led by Ally and Robert at Hawk & Heath who will offer optional forest bathing invitations as you connect and netwalk with the community.
11:30-12:00 Option to stay for more networking and connection. Final Goodbyes.

- Your own flask for hot drinks (provided by us).
- Comfortable clothing to match the conditions of the weather.
- Your own water bottle.

A COLLABORATION WITH
Ally & Robert at Hawk & Heath
Ally has a first class degree in countryside management and has worked in horticultural and conservation therapy as well as outdoor education. After completing her teacher training she taught in a SEND secondary school before leaving to manage a Kip McGrath tutoring centre.
She is a qualified teacher, a Forest School level 3 practitioner, has an MEd in Inclusive Practice, a Girl guiding Leader, outdoor first aider (paediatric & adult), mental health first aider, a wife, is childless by choice, the owner of two tiny chihuahuas and "the tech".
Robert has a degree in Geography and after completing his teacher training, he worked in primary education specialising in SEND, Outdoor Education, P.E and Horticulture, taking time out to raise his sons and support the running of the family home.
He has completed his training with The Forest Bathing Institute, becoming a Forest Bathing guide. Robert is passionate about Pursuing the Power of Nature and now owns a successful Forest Bathing business, Hawk and Heath.
Robert is also a fully certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, and as well as being a qualified teacher and Forest School level 3 practitioner, he was a Scout leader with more than 10 years’ experience, an outdoor first aider (paediatric & adult), a mental health first aider, a husband, a father, a kefir, sourdough and mushroom enthusiast.
THE HAWK & HEATH METHOD method combines traditional techniques and modern technology, and focuses on empowering the individual to take their own forest bathing journey. In their day-today, Ally & Robert share their knowledge and teach as many people as they can how to nurture their health with forest bathing through the business newly launched App.

Hey! I'm Erica. I help people create strong, rich and fulfilling relationships – starting with the one with themselves.
I believe that real transformation and fulfilment take place inside ourselves, and my mission today is to help conscious humans generate meaning and freedom in their relationships by encouraging self-inquiry and personal exploration.
I offer a way forward for wellness entrepreneurs and people from all walks of life who feel stuck, who yearn to learn and grow from the inside out, and who seek lasting freedom and satisfaction in their relationships.
My approach is defined by my determination to provide personalised value and long lasting benefit to the individuals I closely work with, always aiming to reach a state of collaboration and sustainable growth.
My offerings and services range between online and in-person 1:1 and group coaching, Intentional Connection Events, self-discovery and relationship themed workshops, retreats, self-study and book club programmes, alongside body therapy sessions across the Leeds & North Yorkshire area.
