An evening of faith-inspired & inspirational Spoken Word Poetry and Performance

Come and enjoy an uplifting inspirational evening of soulful gospel music, positive vibes, drama performances and top quality Spoken Word Poetry Performances at Upstairs at The Ritzy, Brixton

Doors open: 7pm. Performances start: 7.30pm

The venue capacity is120, Around 50 seats available and the rest is standing please arrive early to secure a seat.

We ask all poets to bring their words to inspire, to uplift and to motivate the audience, no bad language or hate speech, we want to grow a community that exudes positive vibes and love and that all who attend Transcendence, leave feeling encouraged and blessed having experienced a truly entertaining night.

Is there food available to buy at the venue?

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Nearest Tube: Brixton

I can no longer attend, is my ticket transferrable?

Unfortunately tickets are not able to be transferred to another date, please consider giving your ticket to someone else so they can come and be blessed.

I can no longer attend, can i get a refund?

Unfortunately tickets are not able to be refunded unless you are unable to attend due to COVID (proof of a positive test will need to be shown).

If I have COVID or someone in my household has it can I get a refund?

Yes, you have the option to transfer your ticket to the next Transcendence event or get a refund. (proof of a positive test will need to be shown). This will need to be requested before the event, any refunds requested after the event due to COVID will not be accepted

What is the dress code?

Smart casual

Can under 18s attend?

Unfortunately as the event is in a bar, under 18s are not permitted to enter. Ritzy rules
