Trans Inclusion, There is no LGB without the T This Pride Month, join us for our CIPD Central London Event on Trans Inclusion, a face-to-face event aimed in supporting trans colleagues.
About this Event

This session is aimed at supporting us in supporting trans colleagues in the workplace, and how to provide allyship during this critical time for the trans community

We will hear from 2 prolific and passionate speakers, who both identify as trans, and understand practical steps that we can all take to increase our allyship of the trans community in the workplace, delving into the use of pronouns and why they are important, and discussing procedural and emotional support to those transitioning.

The event will be hosted by Woosh Raza, Co-chair of the Central London Committee, who identifies as a member of the LGBT+ community. This event will also form our Annual General Meeting for the CIPD Central London Branch.
