About this Event
The workshop
A reflective group workshop that helps you explore your inner resources, wounds and family patterns. It’s especially valuable if you’re curious about trans generational influences and the ways they’ve shaped your life. This journey can help you: recognise invisible family dynamics, bring clarity to repeating patterns and take small steps towards healing.
The method
The workshop will be based on the game Strong Roots®, which is a tool created by Sabine Luck in Germany. The method uses playful exploration and guided reflection to uncover family patterns and hidden dynamics or loyalties. Through guided steps and symbolic play, participants gain clarity about trans generational influences and create new pathways for growth and healthier connections.
