The tranquility gong bath is simple and elegant. The crystal bowls and gongs evoke calm inner tranquility and take you to a state we like to call “Gong Land.” It is designed to let you reset your nervous system simply through the rebalancing effect of the harmonic
frequencies of the instruments.

Technically, we are chronically stressed in life as our sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) is overworked and constantly firing. Running and fighting too much can lead to physical and mental imbalances.

With gentle, harmonic resonant sounds, you have the opportunity to stop running and fighting. Deeply inspired by nature, Ruby infuses the serene groundedness of the redwood forest and the whimsical playfulness of a dolphin in the sea to her sound healing journeys. As a holistic healer in a variety of modalities, including yoga, sound, and energy clearing, Ruby intends that participants walk away feeling harmonious in body, mind, and soul.
