This class os suitable for all levels, whether beginners or experienced practitioners.
This class focuses on calming breathing exercises and gentle guided instruction for deeper relaxation.
It’s chance to disconnect, de-stress and Rebalance
You are welcome to bring a yoga mat, cushion/blanket.
These sessions are run on donate what you can afford. If you are able to donate towards covering the costs of the sessions then it enables the Palm House to continue hosting then. Suggested donation is £5.
