�The hall is up the slip road after The Harvester and has its own private car park
This session is all about relaxing, unwinding, and recharging – a chance to step away from the chaos and find some inner peace.
Let the soothing sounds wash over you, easing away tension and bringing balance back to your mind and body.���
In this session, primarily Crystal instruments will be used. Alternative dates are available at this venue for sessions incorporating a mixture of Tibetan bowls, Crystal instruments, gongs, drums, and other instruments. All you need to bring is a mat, pillow, blanket, water, and anything else to make you comfy – then just lay back, relax, and let go.
