Join Laura for a heart-opening afternoon of drumming as we honour our connection to Mother Earth and all our relations.We will begin with a delicious cup of ceremonial-grade cacao to help us open the heart and drop deeply into gratitude. Together we’ll share in an opening ceremony, uplifting songs, group drumming, a guided drum journey, and a chance to share your experiences in circle if you wish.
Drums and rattles will be available to borrow, though you’re warmly invited to bring your own instruments and any songs you’d like to share. This is a co-created space, so there will be time for you to bring your own medicine to the circle.
Your guide, Laura, is a Yoga Nidra teacher, Reiki Master, and spiritual healer, trained in Shamanic Healing and Light Language. She brings her grounded wisdom and gentle presence to create a nurturing and joyful space for
