The Training Youth for Success (TYFS) 2.5 program is a dynamic summer job internship and employment skills training experience designed for youth ages 14–17. Hosted by Pathway Resource Center, this program equips young people with the tools, confidence, and real-world exposure needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
Participants will engage in hands-on learning focused on job readiness, workplace expectations, communication skills, financial literacy, and career exploration. TYFS 2.5 is more than just a summer program—it’s an opportunity to build a strong foundation for future success while earning incentives for participation and achievement.
Program Highlights:
- Paid internship opportunity with a $500 stipend upon successful completion
- Additional incentives, including Intern of the Year ($500 bonus) and Student of the Year ($300 bonus)
- Interactive workshops and real-world skill development

Important Dates:
- Open Interviews: March 23 – May 22 (Parent/Legal Guardian must be present)
- Mandatory Orientation: Tuesday, June 2 | 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Program Dates: June 8 – July 9, 2026 | Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Graduation Ceremony: Friday, July 10 | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
