-Minimum age to attend a session is 18 years old, due to the nature of the sport and the risks involved-
1. This lesson is capped at 10 responses, please do not respond as going if there are already 10 people attending, arriving without marking yourself on the event could lead to you not being able to train if 10 people are already scheduled to be present.
2. Please check the discussion first as Instructors will note if any spaces are reserved by non facebook using members, then the 10 will be reduced as stated.
3. Please do not attend if you are unwell.
4. Please pay for the session through bank transfer ask an instructor for details.
Standard session is £8, (2 hours, an hour lesson + an hour sparring)
Steel session is £10, (as above, + an hour dedicated steel lession/sparring)
First sessions are free.
5. New members, please double check that the event you are marking yourself as attending is listed as a "New members welcome" session. If you are unable to attend the listed New members session, please speak to us regarding the possibility of making another session New member friendly.
6. Please present any new equipment that you are bringing to the lesson to an instructor for a visual inspection and to check whether it's safe for sparring.
