This training is a 14 hour classroom course that provides training on the advanced resource management provisions of the Incident Command System (ICS). Course topics include explaining the special management challenges of major incidents, as well as explaining how Multi-Agency Coordination Systems (MACS) are established. The target audience for this course is senior personnel who expect to perform in a management capacity in an Area Command or Multi-Agency Coordination Entity.Enrollment:
