Join us Thursday April 18th to learn about all things Menstural Cycles! We know women's health care is an understudied and underepresented part of our world but it doesn't have to be! In this event we will be going over cycle basics such as the phases and dominant hormones within each phase as well as how to optimize your training and nutrition to fit into each phase.
