Das Training for Everybody ist die Fortsetzung eines Formats, das sich im Playground seit seiner Eröffnung 2019 entwickelt hat. Es ist offen für alle, die ihren Körper und ihre Bewegungen, aber auch ihre Vorstellungskraft und Reflexion aktivieren und erfahren wollen. Im Training schlagen Anna Konjetzky & Co eine Reihe von Übungen und Ansätzen vor, die den Körper als Wissensquelle nutzen, um die Fähigkeit zum Weiterdenken zu trainieren und Träume und Ideen zu entwickeln. Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig. Wir bitten um frühzeitige Anmeldung.

Training for Everybody is the continuation of a format that has developed in the Playground since it opened in 2019. It is open to everyone who wants to activate and experience their body and their movements, but also their imagination and reflection. In the training, Anna Konjetzky & Co suggest a series of exercises and approaches that use the body as a source of knowledge to train the ability to think further and to develop dreams and ideas. No previous experience is necessary. Please register in advance.
