Bewilder Trail Tales is where we blend imaginative storytelling with hands-on outdoor exploration to help kids experience nature with wonder, confidence, and belonging.
Every Trail Tales is a new adventure.
Who's this for?
Families with children ages 2–14 years old
All experience levels welcome.
No hiking expertise required.
Just bring:
- Water
- Comfortable shoes
- A sense of curiosity
What to Expect (90 minutes)
🌿 Welcome Circle
A warm, welcoming space where every family feels seen. We'll have complimentary coffee from Unbound Brews, and snacks and juice boxes available for the kiddos.
📖 An Original Bewilder Story
Meet Bezzi the Yeti and the Bewilder Beasts as they uncover the hidden magic of nature and the amazing world beneath our feet.
🦢 A Swan Ride
Families will hop into one of Echo Park Lake's famous Swan Boat (each one fits up to 5 people).
🐦 Lakeside Adventure
You'll paddle around the lake searching for birds, plants, bugs, and more!
💜 Gratitude Gathering
Before we say goodbye, we gather in gratitude — for nature and for each other.
