Trail Ready: Yoga & Nutrition for Outdoor Athletes1 Workshop + 3 Weekly Classes

This 2-hour workshop and (3) 1-hour weekly class series is designed for hikers, runners, climbers, bikers, and anyone who thrives outside.
Trail Ready blends strength, mobility, and recovery-focused yoga to support the demands of uneven terrain, long miles, and repetitive movement patterns.
In the workshop, Kyle Kamp of Valley Peak Nutrition, will speak for about 30-minutes on Pre, During, and Post Trail Nutrition: Fueling for the season and the workouts/activity. The idea being that students walk away with a basic understanding of how to fuel and stay hydrated around workouts/activities and throughout the season to stay strong.
Expect a dynamic flow led by Alyssa during the workshop and each weekly class. These dynamic yoga flows are designed to build stability in the hips, knees, and ankles. And will be combined with deep stretching to release tight hamstrings, hip flexors, and shoulders.
You’ll also develop breath control and body awareness to improve endurance, prevent
injury, and enhance performance on the trail.
Whether you’re training for your next adventure or recovering from one, this workshop and 3-class series will help you move more efficiently, stay resilient, and feel strong in every outdoor pursuit.
