Join East Valley Moms for a morning just for you, mama. We'll hike Brown Moutain and then at the top of the mountain, Dena Tibsherany, founder of One World Empowered and certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist will lead us thorugh intention setting as we prepare for summer vacation.
Through gentle movement and guided intention setting, we’ll align with the energy of spring—a season of renewal and possibility. Together, we’ll plant the seeds of intention for the season ahead—summer—a time for growth, expansion, and the opportunities that lie before us.
We'll have summer bucket list inspiration, resources and a speical discount for Camp Mom, a retreat with East Valley moms and Dena Tibsherany in Flagstaff this summer .

Dena Tibsherany is a mother, a soul-centered therapist, and the heart behind One World Empowered. As a certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist, Dena merges science with soul to guide mothers on their healing journeys.
Through her therapy and coaching services, The Empowered Mamas Club, intimate women’s circles, transformative retreats, and online postpartum prep courses, Dena creates spaces where mothers can heal, grow, and step into their power. With over 16 years of experience as a social worker, therapist, speaker, and program developer, she is devoted to supporting mothers and those who serve them.
She believes that when a mother heals, she doesn’t just change her own life—she transforms the world.
