Welcome to Trail Club! Each month we will meet at a different preserve for a brisk weekly walk to promote fitness and community! Join other walkers to beat the winter blues and embrace the beauty of the season.Trail Club will be held from January through March. January’s walks will be around the 1.6-mile loop at Whalon Lake. Enter the preserve from Royce Road and follow the access drive until it ends in the parking lot at the southwest edge of the lake. Meet the group at the Lakeside Shelter.
In February, Trail Club will meet at 3 p.m. Thursdays at Lake Chaminwood Preserve. March’s meetings will be at 9 a.m. Saturdays at Lake Renwick Preserve. Join us for any or all Trail Club sessions! Participants who attend at least three walks this season will earn a Trail Club sticker. If inclement weather affects a program, an update will be posted on this page the morning of.

Age: All ages.
No registration required.
The entirety of the program is outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes or boots. The trail is paved but not shoveled in snowy conditions. Parking lots are plowed. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online (https://www.reconnectwithnature.org/americans-with-disabilities-act-information/request-accommodation-inclusion-service/) no later than 48 hours before the program.
