What is Traditional Usui Reiki?
Reiki is a powerful healing modality that originated in Japan. The word "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words "Rei," meaning "universal," and "Ki," meaning "life energy." Traditional Usui Reiki refers to the original teachings passed down by Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of this practice. This energy-based healing system promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
During this training, you’ll learn the traditional techniques and principles of Reiki that have been preserved in their purest form. This foundational course empowers you to channel Reiki energy for self-healing and to share it with others.
