On the menu tonight:
Fresh Corn Tortillas
Soft, warm tortillas made from corn masa, pressed and cooked by hand for an authentic, slightly toasty flavor and tender texture.
Frijoles Puercos
Rich, creamy refried beans blended with chorizo, pork fat, and spices, creating a smoky, indulgent dish often served as a hearty side or dip.
Puerco en Salsa Verde con Nopales
Tender pieces of pork simmered in a bright, tangy green tomatillo sauce with nopales (cactus paddles), offering a balance of savory, slightly tart, and earthy flavors.
Roasted Salsa Verde and Roja (roja with peanut)
Two house-made salsas—verde, made from roasted tomatillos, chiles, and aromatics for a smoky tang; and roja, a deeper red chili sauce enriched with peanuts for a nutty, complex finish.
Baileys Tres Leches Cake
A moist sponge cake soaked in a blend of three milks infused with Baileys Irish Cream, topped with whipped cream for a luscious, lightly boozy dessert.

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
