Come "virtually" to the wintry bakehouse in Vermont this holiday season and join us from the warmth of your home for a special class devoted to some of the most iconic and beloved European holiday specialties.

In this class we focus on traditional German and northern European holiday specialties, like Lebkuchen, Plätzchen, Spekuloos (Spekulatius) and other regional specialties.

Be enchanted by the aromas of sweet cinnamon, orange and nutmeg, and follow us from the spice route to the bakehouses of northern Europe in this informative and fun baking class suitable for all levels.

Class fee is per kitchen, so feel free to invite your friends and family to join!
