Join us at Encircle Acupuncture for a free, in-person talk with Licensed Acupuncturist Teri Cook, exploring how TCM understands hormonal changes in the late 30s–50s—and how this transition can become a time of renewed vitality, clarity, and wisdom known as Second Spring.

About Teri Cook, L.Ac.
A graduate of Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California, Teri brings two decades of clinical experience to the Encircle Acupuncture team. She loves collaborating with her fellow acupuncturists at Encircle, and also sees patients at a private practice in Mount Juliet.
Teri is passionate about women's health and loves supporting women through all stages of life with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her favorite parts of the day as an acupuncturist are hearing success stories, and seeing people float out the door after their treatments.
