Food tracking can feel overwhelming, but it is one of the best tools for understanding where you actually are.
A lot of people feel defeated when they are trying to lose fat or gain muscle because they think they are eating in a deficit or eating enough to build muscle. But once they start tracking, they often realize they were overestimating or underestimating without knowing it.
This workshop, taught by Gethen, will cover the basics of tracking food in a simple, non-obsessive way. You will learn what to track, what not to overthink, the most common mistakes people make, and how to use tracking as a tool instead of something you have to do forever.
After the workshop, participants will be invited into a 3-week challenge focused on building the skill of tracking food consistently.
