Track Friday is a national movement of active awareness for charities, held on the day after Thanksgiving -- a day that sadly has become synonymous with commercialism, door-buster sales, and marketing schemes.Running with Kelly is hosting this year's Track Friday event at the Irondequoit High School Track, located off List Ave on Friday, November 28th from 8am-11am.
Getting involved is so easy! All you have to do register on Runsignup (FREE) https://runsignup.com/Race/NY/Rochester/TrackFriday and join the RWK team at the track anytime between 8-11am and run or walk as many laps as you like!
This year RWK is collecting donations (monetary and needed items) for the Sunset House, a local non profit hospice home.
Please bring a snack to share at our community table (I'll bring peanut butter energy balls and water)
Bring friends and family and lets do some laps!
