The Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) Workshop administered by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce equips educators with a demand-driven approach to aligning education and workforce systems with employer needs. Developed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, TPM is an employer-led strategy that adapts supply chain principles to workforce development—helping close skills gaps and strengthen regional talent pipelines.

This workshop is designed specifically for educators, school and district leaders and postsecondary institutions. Participants gain a clear understanding of how employers organize by industry sector, define in-demand competencies, and communicate real-time workforce needs. The training highlights how education leaders play a critical role in translating these needs into responsive programs, curricula, credentials, and career pathways.
