We’re excited to announce another Self-Defense Course in partnership with Fenix BJJ — this time geared specifically toward women ages 18–22 preparing for college.
Participants will learn practical self-defense techniques, situational awareness, and personal safety tips designed to help build confidence both on and off campus. The class will include hands-on instruction along with real-world discussion led by members of the Tewksbury Police Department and the Fenix BJJ team.
