This annual festival runs May 2nd 12:00-8:00pm and May 3rd 1:00-6:00pm. The Baltimore City Pipe Band will play for the opening ceremony on Saturday May 2nd. Admission is FREE; Carnival Ride tickets are $2 each. There's lots to see and do, including over 300 vendors, live bands, food, and local entertainment.
