Welcome to TOWER OF SONG, the songwriters’ night with a different monthly theme and musical style or other challenge to get your creative juices flowing. You don't have to stick to the theme, but please note our NO COVERS policy...all a cunning plan to encourage your songwriting!This month we'll be returning after our summer break from the monthly events (following our daytime summer special on Sunday 18 August: https://www.facebook.com/events/1166169148034329) and invite you to perform a song on the theme of THE JUNGLE in the style of BLUEGRASS.
You can take inspiration from any or all of the above suggestions, or we also welcome non-themed original material.
Doors are at 8.00pm and you can sign up for a slot until performances start at 8.30pm.
Entry is free and PA and sound engineer are provided, so just bring your own instruments and amplification (and microphone if you'd prefer to use your own) if required.
We want to keep the space as safe as possible, so please avoid attending if you have (or suspect you might have) COVID-19 or anything else of a nasty and contagious nature.
