The Tower Arts Midday Concert series continues with a recital by Scott Dettra, who will take us back to the turn of the 20th century to explore the world of Ragtime — the first American pop music — in a solo piano recital featuring music by Scott Joplin and his circle, as well as modern piano rags written since the Ragtime Revival of the 1970s. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes so you can tap your toes to this program of sensational syncopation. All Tower Arts concerts are free to the public.
