Owner Feature Overview

Started investing in St. Louis City real estate with my brother, Roumen, soon after college in 2009. Our first purchase was a 4-family on Botanical in Shaw. Roumen was an Anheuser-Busch engineer, and I was a CPA, working at KPMG as an auditor, then at BJC HealthCare as a finance professional in the Real Estate and Construction groups. We worked our corporate jobs while simultaneously building our business for about a decade, after which we left our jobs to grow our business full-time.
