From authentic kitchen tools to classic recipes, campers will learn the art of Italian cooking from the ground up.
Daily Culinary Flight Plan:
🍝 First Half: Master essential kitchen skills—mixing, shaping, and seasoning—to create a nutritious, homemade Italian lunch from scratch.
🍨 Second Half: Round out the experience by preparing sweet, Italian-inspired desserts that would make any nonna proud!
Throughout the week, chefs will build confidence and independence while exploring regional flavors and the importance of teamwork in a fun, hands-on environment.
