TOUR OF BRITAINWales will host the final two days of Britain’s biggest professional cycle race and the UK’s largest free-to-spectate live sporting event this September, as the Lloyds Tour of Britain Men builds to a spectacular finale across the South Wales climbs.
On Saturday 6th September the elite cyclist will be coming through Usk twice;-
• Once at 11.50 am on it's way through from Pontypool, Little Mill heading towards Chepstow, Monmouth, Abergavenny and up the Tumble.
• Then again at 2.20 pm as it comes back through Little Mill to Usk turning left at the Three Salmons and heads off for a second ride up the Tumble for the finish.
Make sure of a good viewing place to see what promises to be an exciting race and Geraint Thomas' final farewell race before retiring at the end of this season.
