The Tour de Pain features 3 races in 24 hours. You can run all three or just one or two of the races. To qualify for the finishers medal and awards you must run all three events.
The Tour de Pain consists of the following:
First Race – 4 Mile Run – Friday, August 9th – 6:00 PM – Site to be determined, but may be on the roads this year.
Second Race – 5K Road Race – Saturday, August 10th – 7:00 AM – James Weldon Johnson Park – Downtown – New 5K course!
Third Race – Road mile – New start time at 9 AM – Saturday, August 10th – James Weldon Johnson Park – Downtown
9 AM – Men’s Open Mile (male under 40 years of age)
9:15 AM – PM – Men’s Masters Mile (male 40 and older)
9:30 AM – Women’s Open Mile (female under 40 years of age)
9:45 AM – Women’s Masters Mile (female 40 and older)
