The 113th edition of the Tour de France is scheduled to take place from Saturday, 4 July to Sunday, 26 July 2026. For the first time in history, the race will begin in Barcelona, Spain, for its Grand Départ.

Total Distance: Approximately 3,333 km.
Stages: 21 stages in total, including:
7 Flat stages for sprinters.
4 Hilly stages.
8 Mountain stages featuring 5 summit finishes.
2 Time Trials: An opening 19.7 km team time trial in Barcelona (Stage 1) and a 26 km individual time trial (Stage 16).
Mountain Highlights: The route will cross the Pyrenees, Massif Central, Vosges, Jura, and the Alps.
Notably, the legendary Alpe d'Huez will feature twice in the final days (Stages 19 and 20).
