What to Expect
We’ll meet at the picnic area at Harms Woods and ease into the experience together.
• Start with light, playful movement (shaking, loosening up, getting into the body)
• Drop into a short, beginner-friendly somatic breathwork practice (simple, guided, accessible)
• Head out on a relaxed 3–3.5 mile group hike through the forest
• Close with a final moment to pause, breathe, and take it all in
