If you’d like to attend the workshop, please register your interest since space is limited: [email protected] Two-day workshop exploring the problem of totality in twentieth-century philosophy, from Alexandre Kojève’s attempt to systematise a modern version of Hegel’s system of knowledge during World War II to interpretations of the totality of history in the context of Central European politics and philosophy in postwar Czechoslovakia.
The conference is organised by the Institute of Philosophy and the Masaryk Institute and Archives of the Czech Academy of Sciences (within the framework of the Strategy AV21 program), with the support of the Faculty of Humanities of Charles University.
