Rebellion Total Body Bootcamp
Start date is from January 5th.
Includes:

Offering a large range of meal ideas. All easy to make with 5 ingredients or less & based on popular meals.
✅️ Training plan
This is based around the group sessions, just in case you can't make it.
✅️ 24/7 gym access
Access to the gym 24/7 for the full 6 weeks
✅️ Group training
A great opportunity to meet with other participants whilst also getting advice/ support from myself.
✅️ Accountability
This can be a weigh in on week 1 & 6. If you prefer, this can also be a check-in consultation to discuss your progress, results. Weigh in is optional.
Ideally participants would need to train 2-4 times per week.

Monday 7am / 7pm
Tuesday 7am / 9:30am / 7:30pm
Wednesday 7am / 9:30am / 7pm
Thursday 7am / 9:30am / 7pm
Friday 7am / 9:30am / 11am
Saturday 8:30am / 9am
PLUS bonus After Dark sessions on week 1 & 6 at 8pm
The full course is £95 per person and that includes everything above.
