This low impact, high intensity session blends strength training, mobility and mindfulness into one powerful full body experience. Expect a technically focused, cardio-infused flow that challenges both body and mind pusing just your bodyweight.
Suitable for all levels, this is a supportive and inclusive space where you're encouraged to move with intention, build confidence, and leave feeling stronger inside and out.
The class is led by Katy Reynolds, founder of Your Barre Studio and a leading barre specialist, featured in Marie Claire, Stylist, Women’s Fitness and You Magazine. Katy brings warm energy, creativity and a decade+ of experience to every session.
