This 3-day summer camp is a way for young athletes ages 13-16 to elevate their athletic performance.Whether you're just starting out or already competing, campers will learn the foundational movement patterns that power every sport, and boost their speed, agility, and quickness with expert coaching.
They will also learn how to properly warm up and stretch to enhance performance and prevent injury, and dive into sport-specific training to build strength, power, and athleticism, while developing safe, effective exercise habits for life. Campers will also get insider nutrition tips from a Registered Dietitian to fuel their workouts and recovery. Campers will build confidence and discipline through challenging but fun sessions.
This camp will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, July 27, and Tuesday, July 28, and from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29.
