Are you feeling out of alignment, stressed, or spiritually drained? Step out of the noise and into the frequency of peace. Total Alignment is a bi-weekly sound healing and meditation experience designed to wash away stagnant energy and recalibrate your nervous system.
Using the power of sound frequency, meditation music, and guided imagery, this 60-minute session focuses deeply on Chakra Therapy. We will move through each of your seven energy centers—opening, healing, and aligning them back into their divine force.
This is a "sleep-style" meditation session, meaning you are invited to lie back, get comfortable, and let the vibrations do the work. Whether you are looking to release emotional blockages or simply need a sacred hour of rest, this session will leave you feeling grounded, cleared, and connected.
Your $20 Ticket Includes:
- 🥣 Sound Bath Experience: Live sound frequency and meditation music.
- 🧘 Guided Chakra Journey: A step-by-step meditation to align your energy centers.
- ✨ Spiritual Reset: A focused hour of deep relaxation and divine connection.
Note: This is an intimate healing circle limited to 20 participants to ensure a potent energy field.
The Agenda
- 2:00 PM – 2:10 PM | Settling into the Space: Arrival and set-up. Find your spot, roll out your mat, and begin with a brief grounding breathwork exercise to prepare your body for the sound.
- 2:10 PM – 2:45 PM | The Sound & Chakra Journey: Our main session. Lie back and close your eyes as we journey through the chakras. Using specific frequencies and guided prompts, we will work from the Root to the Crown to restore balance.
- 2:45 PM – 3:00 PM | Integration & Awakening: We slowly bring the energy back into the room. A few moments of silence for personal reflection followed by a gentle "awakening" to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for your evening.
