While we may not settle the debate, we will be crafting some tortellini magic of our own! Under the expert guidance of Chef John Alunni, youâll learn how to make pasta dough completely from scratchâjust like Italian nonnas have done for generations. From rolling and cutting to stuffing and folding, youâll shape each tortellini by hand, then cook up three crave-worthy versions to enjoy together in class.
