We will learn to make homemade tortellini from scratch. In this class we will make tortellini with traditional pasta dough using TIPO “00” flour from Italy and egg and fill your tortellini with a couple fillings. You will get to take your handmade tortellini home.
After, we will sit together and eat homemade tortellini in chicken soup. Dinner is served with salad and fresh bread and a few other tasty treats throughout the class.
