We’re back!
I know we’ve been a bit quiet, but that’s for a good reason. This year we’re going big and putting our energy into delivering the best events for all levels of enthusiasts.
And to kick the year off right, we’re bringing you more track days and with Drive Millennium coming on board as a sponsor ALL Of 2026 is going to be epic. Because they don't want you to drive boring.
Don’t worry, Cars and Coffee crew — we haven’t forgotten you. We’re inviting you to come hang out in the pits, enjoy the atmosphere, and for the first time ever in Tasmania, you’ll have the chance to not only showcase your pride and joy at the track, but actually get out there and join our inaugural Cars and Coffee Track Cruise.
Also featuring Van demon's cafe de wheels who will have their food AND Coffee vans at the track!

EVENT SCHEDULE
Scrutineering: 7:30am – 8:30am
Drivers’ Briefing: 8:30am (mandatory)
Track goes hot: 9:00am and closes at 4pm
Open pit lane all day until 4:00pm
Track Breaks:
10:45am – 15 minutes
12:00pm to 12:30pm – Cars and Coffee Track Cruise
12:30pm – 30 minutes
2:45pm – 15 minutes

CARS AND COFFEE TRACK CRUISE (12:00pm to 12:30pm)
A relaxed, parade-style session open to all Cars and Coffee entrants.
Perfect for photos, families, and anyone who has always wanted to drive Baskerville without doing a full track day.
Cars and Coffee show and shine runs from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Entry for cruise: Drivers -$30 (comes with 1 passenger band)- additional passengers $5

THE TORQUE TRACK DAY – FAQ
What time does the event start?
Scrutineering starts at 7:30am, Drivers’ Briefing is at 8:30am, and the track goes hot at 9:00am.
Do I need to attend the Drivers’ Briefing?
Yes. It is mandatory. If you miss it, you cannot go on track until a catch-up briefing is held, and that is not guaranteed.
What do I need to wear to drive?
Long sleeves, long pants, enclosed shoes, and an ADR approved helmet.
Passengers must meet the same clothing requirements.
Do I need a licence?
Yes. An AASA Day Licence or AASA Annual Licence is required.
Day licences can be purchased online in advance or on the day.
Can I bring a passenger?
Yes. Passenger passes cost $20 for the whole day.
Passengers must be 14 or older and anyone under 18 requires a signed parental consent form.
Do I need a track-ready car?
No. Your car just needs to be safe, mechanically sound, and able to pass scrutineering.
What is checked at scrutineering?
Battery security, no loose items in the cabin, tyre condition, no leaks, working brakes, and working seatbelts.
What happens at scrutineering?
We conduct a basic safety check and confirm your wristbands/apparel.
Once passed, you may enter pit lane once the track opens.
Is this open pit lane?
Yes. From 9am you can go out whenever you want while the track is Hot.
What are the track break times?
10:45am – 15 minutes
12:00pm to 12:30pm – Cars and Coffee Track Cruise
12:30pm – 30 minutes Lunch break for officials and crew
2:45pm – 15 minutes
What is the Cars and Coffee Track Cruise?
A relaxed parade-style track session for Cars and Coffee entrants.
No helmets required.
Speed limited.
Safe for families and photography. You will need to attend a driver briefing at 11:30am.
Can I join the cruise without doing the full track day?
Yes. Cars and Coffee entrants can join the cruise without a Track Pass but this is extremely limited
Can spectators come?
Yes.
Spectator entry is $5, and kids under 14 are free.
Can I drift or do burnouts?
No. This is a non-drifting, non-burnout event under AASA rules. Any breach in this will result in your removal from the event and potentially all future events
What about photography?
Papercutz Photography will be onsite all day.
The $50 photo pack includes full resolution images of your car.

Is this event beginner friendly?
Yes. First-timers, daily drivers, show cars, and experienced drivers are all welcome.
Refunds / Transfers:
90% refund will be offered 48 hours before the event/ within 48 hours we will allow a credit transfer to our next track day.
