About this Event
Men, Love & Anger
Anger is the most powerful emotion we experience as men and can be a source of internal strife and dysfunctions in our relationships. When we don't have an awareness of how we express or repress anger it can get in the way of us loving ourselves and others.
To be conscious, evolved men, we need to awaken to how we express anger so can process it in a healthy, connective and compassionate way. This session we will discuss:
- What did we learn about anger?
- Who taught us about anger?
- How has anger gotten in the way of love?
- How can we express our anger with the people we love?
Join us on November 25th, 630 - 9 pm for what we anticipate to be a lively discussion with like-minded men.
